Friendship is a wonderful word, it might be te most beautiful one on earth. Friendship is something powerful, a gift of great value!
Heart could only Love 4 a while, U can put many relation in a file, U can make a desert from the nile, But u cant stop my smile, when i see ur name on my mobile.!
What is friendship? We have friends all over the place; we are friendly with neighbors, co-workers and classmates, but what makes a friendship real? A friendship that is real is the one that stands the test of time, distance and life changes. Some of us will think of someone we have not seen or spoken with for over a year, the phone rings and there is our friend, the one we can start talking with as if time had stood still since our last conversation.
These types of friendships are rare for some people and the old adage "treat others the way you wish to be treated" applies to friendships that last for ever. If we need a kick in the behind to get our act together, a real friend would do that for us and we should feel equally compelled to do the same. A true friend will accept you exactly as you are and will let you know that regardless of those peculiar things that drive other people away, they are quite comfortable with you and around you and have no desire to change anything about you.
For some people the true measure of friendship is calling everyone they know to help them move out of their apartment/house. The old adage says that those who show up are the true friends. This is cute but it is hardly a measure of friendship. A true measure of friendship is when you have a death in the family, a divorce, a nasty case of the flu and everyone you know calls to wish you well and leave you alone, their social obligation has been completed.
If a true friend leaves in the area, make no mistake, this friend will not call you to wish you well. They will just show up and make sure with their own eyes that you are still standing and sit with you to help you emotionally and mentally. They will not nag you to eat or drink something, they will make it for you and expect you to comply because they are there to help you heal and feel better. They are not wishing it for you; they are enabling it with the best of intentions and a loving heart. They will be available and visible through it all.
*A true friendship is not afraid of uncomfortable silences, because there is no such thing among real friends.
*A true friendship will always have your back and you theirs.
*A true friendship will be blunt or soft in its telling the truth, but it will always tell you the truth.
*A true friendship knows what you value and how your heart loves those around you.
*A true friendship will be happy with you and for you and sad when things don't go your way.
*A true friendship will respect you and love you unconditionally.
*A true friendship will never say a word with the intent to cause emotional pain or harm.
*A true friendship is an honest witness to your life story and it will last a life time.
This kind of friendship is easy to have when we are the kind of friend we wish to have.

Great Weight Loss Tips
Any weight loss programme requires determination, dedication and will power. Every body loves food. Most of us do have to practice great self control and will power to maintain a healthy weight. People love to cook and enjoy making exotic tasting dishes. You have to be really strict on allowing myself to enjoy these exotic foods in moderation and not overloading my plate. Many have a tendency to over indulge unless they make a concerted effort to be disciplined. Balance is the key to maintaining a healthy weight. It is really important when you are trying to lose weight that you DON'T go back for seconds and manage your portion sizes.
Seconds and huge servings can derail your diet. Use your hand to judge correct sizes. An average sizing of meat, poultry or fish should be the size of the palm of your hand. Make your food look attractive. Prepare yourself an appealing breakfast. Try an omelette with fresh herbs and tomato. Eating breakfast will boost your metabolism. Think about why you are about to eat. Is it stress, anxiety, emotional, boredom? If it is one of these things, get busy, clean the house, phone a friend, go for a walk! Distract yourself! One successful tip to stop you snacking is to clean your teeth. It is an instant turn off for eating. The more snack foods you have on hand, the more likely you are to eat them.
Remove temptation from your fridge or cupboard. Stop including them in your shopping trolley. Your scales will thank you and you will save money. Every time you reach for a sugary soda, commit to replacing it with a glass of water and reap the health benefits. Drinking at least two litres of water a day will speed up your weight loss so start drinking water. It is free and one of the worlds best weight loss and health remedies. Vinegar is a great appetite suppressant. Mix it with a little olive oil and use it s a salad dressing. Add bitter leaves to your salad.
Rocket and endive are great for lowering the internal body temperature. Enjoy a salad before eating your main meal. You will not only increase your vegetable intake but you will consume 20 percent less calories. Half fill your dinner plate with greens and then add a quarter each of lean protein and carbs!!!! Restrict your consumption of white rice, white pasta, white potato and white bread. These foods should be avoided when trying to lose weight. Skip the butter, margarine, sauces and gravy's. They will add heaps of unwanted calories. Replace gravies and sauces with spices. Spices really boost the metabolism and add flavour to food. Avoid alcohol and diet soft drinks or normal soft drinks. If you must have an alcoholic drink, choose one standard glass of red wine three times a week only. Always keep a food diary while on your weight loss programme and record your weight loss journey. Research shows that those that reach their goal weight believe that they will succeed.
The most important weight loss tip is to set your mind, body and soul up for success. Be positive and speak in a positive manner about yourself and your achievements. Re-affirm to yourself that You CAN achieve your weight loss goal and think only that you will get there! Say to yourself, I can, I will, I am.
Eat to live and not live to eat. You will feel amazing!

Smokers don’t get old because they die young. Most smokers die in their middle age. Approximately 4 million people die every year around the world because of smoking. When you decide to quit smoking, commit to it. There must be no doubt or any negative views about how hard it is to quit. You must focus yourself about the benefits of achievements.Smokers who successfully conquered their craving show that they have the capability to quit. Anyone can give up smoking. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been smoking but the fact that you stop is a great decision. List the reasons for quitting; this is to have the strong will of doing the act. Planning is the stepping stone to success. And these plans must be certainly followed. If you can’t quit instantly you could do so by decreasing the tar amount in the cigarettes that you use. But don’t smoke more than the usual number of cigarettes that you puff. An increase of the number of sticks means more nicotine for your body. Lessen the number of sticks you smoke. Instead of the whole stick smoke half of it. Refrain from lighting your cigarette in 1 hour. Decide in advance on how many sticks you will smoke for the day. Remember to cut down not to increase your intake. A change of eating pattern would assist in cutting down. With each meal take something which would not lead to smoking a cigarette. Replace the cigarette with fruits or juice, this will make you healthier and will detoxify your body. Cutting down is not a substitute for stopping. When you set a quantity of cigarette per day you should stick to it and later on probably lessen the target number. Don’t throw the butts in your ashtrays for it will leave an awful scent that will remind you of the dump you are setting in your system. Change the places on where you put your cigarette so you would crack the automatic reach. Make smoking difficult. Don’t buy cigarettes on cartons; instead wait until you finish one before buying another pack. Don’t bring cigarettes to work and home so getting one wouldn’t be easy.
