One problem I faced with my pupils is the fact that they easily get distracted or bored when games are not made part of the learning process. It is then I started designing classroom board games, PPT games and card games that helped. You can get free samples from: http://mathgames4children.com/Printables/Board Games/index.html

I think the problems I face most in my class room are: -having the kids not pay attention to me cause I am a young teacher (14 years old), and some of them are bigger and older then me. -Speaking there native language. All the time I hear them whispering and talking in Tibetan, while I am speaking to them, (they don't speak Chinese as often because I understand them) -Eating in class. They love to bring there snacks (chips, candy, popcorn, you name it)into class. -Playing. I teach a young class with the kids ranging from eight to eleven. The love to show off there new toys and such -Telling on each other. All the kids want to be my pet. So they tell on each other. It drives me NUTZ!! -Finally, fighting. The boys break out in fist fights a bunch. Telling me that one kid stole from another kid I love teaching, don't get me wrong, but I have a few problems. If you have any ideas how to make them stop, that would be great! Thanks again =]

especially teaching grammar students get bored in the class and they start to talk in thier native language. also it s really difficult to make them to speak English in class because they dont need it to communicate.

my problems stem from irritatiing parents who dont raise thier kids properly and want the teacher to do their job and then they try to tell you how to your job too when they cant do theirs and a ministry that doesnt back the teacher that they employ......

Every teacher has problem. Without classrooms there will be no creativity and no innovation. I do strongly beleive in the matter of facing a problem in the class so a teacher should manage and find creative solutions.
