Nearly 8 million children in India are denied their basic right to education. With the Right to Education Act making education free and compulsory, we must now join hands to help these children exercise this right.
UNICEF has started a movement Awaaz Do that provides us a platform to ensure that no child in this country is denied his/her basic right to education. I have joined this movement and I urge you to pledge your support to the cause.

Has anyone else used the Instructional Strategies on the iPhone app from www.icheckforunderstanding.com? I would like to know which ones are really good or work in 8th grade ELA classes that are 34-38 students large!

I have a new iPhone (Thank you, Verizon!). Found a fabulous app (Instructional Strategies) that shows hundreds of strategies that will go with my newly mandated 3-Phase Lesson Design our district is using.
