I teach special ed. K - 2nd. I need a better lesson plan format, does anyone have a format that they would share or that works really well for them. I teach standards from 3 grades and I just need a format that would work better for me. Thanks.

Hello to everyone,my name is Paola and i give private classes as a part time job cause i'm a student. and i would like to ask you something: write noiw i'm teaching matha to a 10 year old girl, she is very samrt but very lazy too, and when she doesn´t wanna do something she runs to her parents and they stop class at any second. The thing is that she is passing yo 5th grade and she doesn´t multiply correctly jet!!! and she doesn´t wanna even try it, so what can i do??
